When you submit an enquiry or a Tendou Meta lead form, we may collect:

• your full name, email address and phone number;
• the service area you want reviewed, such as AI visibility and citations, a website rebuild, or SEO and rankings;
• your business website URL, when you choose to provide it;
• the content of your enquiry and relevant follow-up notes; and
• ordinary technical and security information generated when you visit our website, such as request logs used to deliver and protect the site.

We do not ask you to send passwords through a lead form.

We use the information to review your enquiry, assess the business or website you identify, prepare relevant findings, contact you about those findings, offer an optional call and manage the resulting business conversation.

Submitting a review request does not by itself enrol you in unrelated marketing. If we later want to use your information for another purpose, we will notify you and obtain consent where required.

We disclose personal data only where reasonably needed for the purposes above, to authorised Tendou personnel and service providers supporting the enquiry process.

• Meta hosts Facebook and Instagram lead forms and Tendou Leads Centre.
• Cloudflare delivers and protects the Tendou website.
• Zoho provides Tendou's business email service.

These providers may process information outside Singapore. Where the PDPA applies, Tendou takes reasonable steps to use providers and arrangements that provide a comparable standard of protection.

We retain enquiry information while the enquiry or resulting business relationship is active and afterwards only for as long as it remains reasonably needed for follow-up, records, disputes or legal and business requirements.

We review retained information and delete or anonymise it when it no longer serves the purpose for which it was collected and is no longer required for a legal or business purpose.

You may contact us to ask about personal data under our control, request access or correction, withdraw consent with reasonable notice, or request deletion where applicable. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where permitted or required by law.

Withdrawing consent may mean we cannot continue reviewing or responding to the enquiry.

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information against unauthorised access, use, disclosure, alteration and loss. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

The public Tendou website does not currently run a Tendou advertising cookie or analytics tag. Meta, WhatsApp and other linked platforms operate under their own privacy notices when you use them.

We may update this policy when our enquiry process or legal obligations change. The effective date at the top shows the latest published version.
