Choose the right
AI visibility agency.
The best AI visibility agency for a Singapore business should show the questions it tests, the changes it implements and the evidence behind every reported result.
Name the services
you want found.
Agree the actual products or services, customer needs and target markets. If your business serves several areas, keep those locations accurate. A provider question for Kuala Lumpur and a “near me” search from another location are different tests.
Ask for representative questions, but scope the engagement around service coverage. Buying a list of phrases does not mean you have bought an AI recommendation for every phrase.
Tendou scopes Singapore and Malaysian service coverage with Brayden handling technical delivery from Singapore and James handling business development in Kuala Lumpur.
Open the evidence.
Check the context.
Ask to see the actual answer, exact question, platform and capture date. Check whether the business is named, whether its own website is linked, and whether it is recommended as a provider or used as an information source.
A screenshot without a recorded date can illustrate a past observation, but should not be presented as a fresh result. Our public examples make that distinction explicit.
A useful comparison retains the same questions and context, includes unsuccessful checks and identifies anything that could not be tested. More questions tested should not silently become more improvement claimed.
Ask what changes
on your behalf.
An audit describes the gaps. Implementation changes the agreed pages, factual service information, internal links or technical setup. Ask which of these is included, who supplies the evidence and who verifies the released work.
Your provider should protect working enquiries, useful existing pages and accurate business details. New content needs real service knowledge, photographs or other supporting evidence; a larger page count alone does not demonstrate a better outcome.
For an existing website, access and publishing responsibilities should be clear before work starts. A rebuild, if needed, has its own website scope.
Related work.
Clear boundaries.
AEO means answer engine optimisation; GEO means generative engine optimisation. Both labels are used for work intended to improve discovery through AI answers. Ask for the actual tasks and measurement, because the label alone does not define a service.
Google says existing SEO best practices remain relevant to its AI features, with no special additional optimisation required. Eligibility does not guarantee inclusion. Google’s guidance.
Report search clicks and positions separately from AI mentions and citations. If you want a wider SEO campaign across additional keywords, make that a defined scope rather than an assumed part of every AI project.
Separate expansion
from upkeep.
Initial work
Agree the service coverage, required evidence, implementation, review points and deliverables.
Expansion
Adding another product, service or genuine market can require more research and implementation. Specify the added scope and price.
Maintenance
Define how existing coverage will be checked, what information is kept current and which fixes are included. Do not assume that maintenance adds unlimited new services.
At Tendou, pricing and delivery phases are agreed before work starts. There is no guaranteed citation, search position or enquiry volume.
Bring the business.
We’ll shape the work.
Send your website, the services you want customers to find and the markets you actually serve. We can then discuss the existing evidence, access and the appropriate scope.
