Perplexity named and cited Apex for the corresponding elderly-care question.
The general maid-agency question did not name Apex in that check. The elderly-care answer described it as a western Singapore option. These are dated observations, not universal coverage.

For “best wedding emcee singapore”, Perplexity named Dixon on 29 August 2026; ChatGPT listed him fourth and Google AI named him on 3 September. In equal seven-day Search Console windows, clicks moved from 1 to 13 and impressions from 306 to 669.
Gemini named Dixon on 28 August but not on 3 September, showing that AI visibility can vary. Most measured search clicks were still brand-led, and clicks are not enquiries.

The questions, platforms and dates are retained separately. Perplexity was unavailable and several AI answers contained factual errors, which were recorded rather than hidden.

How Tendou reports
Proof before the headline.
A citation means the answer visibly links to the client’s own website. A name without that link is recorded as named only. Search Console clicks and positions are reported separately from AI answers.
We do not convert clicks into enquiries, treat an unavailable answer as a failure, or imply that one observed AI answer is a permanent rank.
