See why AI
leaves you out.
Tendou checks the real questions your Singapore customers ask, records which businesses appear and shows the specific website, evidence and authority gaps to address.
A locked panel.
A real baseline.
We begin with the services customers buy and the decisions they make. The questions stay unchanged during the comparison period, so a favourable new wording cannot be passed off as improvement.
Every completed answer is classified as cited, named or not named. An access failure or missing AI answer remains unknown.
One question.
Four observations.
ChatGPT, Google AI, Gemini and Perplexity do not return the same answer or rely on identical sources. Tendou checks and reports them independently.
A business named by one model has one observed result. It has not automatically achieved visibility everywhere.
Fix the gap
that matters.
The review looks beyond the prompt result. We inspect whether the business has a clear service owner page, accurate entity information, crawlable evidence, relevant internal links and credible public confirmation.
The implementation plan prioritises the gaps most closely connected to the buyer questions. It does not create unsupported claims or services.
Before you decide.
What does an AI visibility audit check?
It checks whether the business is named, cited or absent for fixed buyer questions across the agreed AI platforms. It also reviews the pages and public evidence those systems can use.
Does an audit improve visibility by itself?
No. The audit establishes the baseline and identifies the gaps. Implementation is the work that changes relevant pages, evidence, entity signals and supporting sources.
Why does Tendou save the exact questions?
Changing the questions can change the answers. Keeping an unchanged panel makes later comparisons more meaningful and prevents a larger test set from being presented as improvement.
What evidence is included?
A useful record includes the question, platform, date, completed answer and visible source links. Named and cited are reported separately, and inaccessible checks remain unknown.
What’s holding
your business back?
A website that needs work. Customers who can’t find you. A team running on spreadsheets and messages. Start there.
