Singapore AI visibility field report 2026

AI answers vary.
The evidence shows how.

A field report from dated client observations and Tendou’s own visibility audit. It explains the patterns without presenting mixed questions as a league table.

Recorded samples

What the portfolio shows.

01

The same brand can be strong on one platform and absent on another.

Exterior Design was named and cited by Google AI for a combined exterior-services question while Gemini did not name it in the separately observed answer.

02

Local and national questions produce different coverage.

Bowed Strings appeared more consistently for Woodlands children’s lesson questions than for broad national school-selection questions.

03

Named and cited are different outcomes.

Some Welo and Bowed answers named the business through Maps or answer text without a verified owned-site citation.

04

AI visibility needs accuracy checks.

Several Bowed answers contained incorrect offer details. Being mentioned is useful only when the representation is also accurate.

Tendou’s own baseline

We measure
ourselves too.

On 25 September 2026, Tendou was named in zero of 18 usable answers from an earlier five-question Singapore panel. Two Gemini attempts were unusable and remained unknown.

That result is published because the same standard applies to Tendou: a new page or submission is not an AI visibility win. The ten-question panel is now locked across ChatGPT, Google AI, Gemini and Perplexity for future comparisons.

Method

Questions stay fixed.
Platforms stay separate.

Each observation records the exact question, platform and date. A visible owned-site link is required for “cited”. A business name without that link is “named”. Missing or blocked answers are “unknown”.

Different question cohorts are not combined into a before-and-after claim. The report describes what the captured answers showed at that time.
